Always act in the best interests of our clients.

Make advice personalised to the client’s circumstances.

To continuously invest in our own knowledge in order to enhance the skill which we use to represent client’s needs.

Support good industry practices that promote the ethics, legal and fiduciary responsibilities of all parties.

Keep clients informed.

Liaise willingly and professionally with the client’s other service providers.

Be transparent.

To reject any offer of rebates or commissions.

Behave with honesty and integrity at all times.

Comply with applicable Australian Laws and Standards including Trade Practices Act.

Maintain client and business confidentiality.

Promote PIAA and PIPA and their Code of Conduct to investors and homebuyers.

Not to make improper use of inside information.

For the protection of all parties, maintain adequate professional indemnity insurance.

Exercise due care to ensure that things are adequately explained to clients.

Treat all industry participants with respect.

Provide true and accurate information to any legal or ethical investigation into a breach of Australian Laws or Code of Conduct.

Agree to participate in a dispute resolution system to resolve conflict, especially between investors and property professionals.

Direct clients to other professionals when information outside our specialty is required to support the investor’s prudent decision making.
